The menu


Below you’ll be able to find our card and an example menu which can change daily and is dependent on the day purchases. We work only with fresh products (gooseliver, scale - and shell animals, exclusive fish types, wild, meat, cheeses, house-prepared desserts...)

These menu is determined by yourself with the chef during the appetizer.  It is also possible, the presented menu will extend or shortend dependent on your timing.

Also the wines are of course adapted to the composition of the menu.

When you wish to not drink wine or during some dishes, of course this is also open to discussion with the chef.

For which menu you also choose, the wine consumption is always open to discussion.

Adjustments to the menu or to the wine card will also influence the price and will reviewed before your start.

This formula is always possible.(during the week as well as during the weekend)
